What is your favorite thing to do in Aberdeen?
I enjoy hanging out with my track teammates, whether that be going out to eat with each other, hanging out in the resident halls, or at practice. We enjoy doing things around campus and things that the Campus Activities Board offers, like bowling, inflatables, and going to get ice cream.
Favorite thing about NSU?
Some of my favorite things to do at NSU are to run track and all the activities that the campus puts on. Some of the activities that I enjoy on campus are the going away party that NSU puts on. They have a bunch of inflatables and free food.
Other people would describe me as...
I think that other people would describe me as very friendly and passionate. I am a very welcoming and open person and I'm very passionate about everything that I do.
When I'm not working, I am...
When I'm not working, you can see me running or jumping at the Barnett Center for NSU's track and field team. If you don't see me there, I will either be hanging out with my teammates or playing video games with my roommates or friends back home.
I could not live without...
A couple of things I couldn't live without would be my Xbox, running shoes, and water. I play my Xbox a lot more than I am willing to admit. If I'm not busy with anything else, that's where I will most likely be. I couldn't live without my running shoes and water either, because they are items I use almost everyday that help enhance my performance.
As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
Growing up, I always wanted to be a professional sports player. I always wanted to play in the NFL or the MLB.
My best piece of advice for new students at NSU is...
The best piece of advice I would give to new NSU students would be to go out and meet new people. You will meet some of your best friends here and you won't regret it.
Tell me a story about your favorite on-campus activity:
My favorite activity that campus puts on is the East vs. West capture the flag. It's an event where the people who live in the resident halls Great Plains East and West play capture the flag in a "Battle of the Halls."
